I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I work with women, couples and seniors. As a birth doula, therapist and end of life facilitator I value and support individuals at the beginning of life, the end of life, and life in between.

If you are looking for someone who is “seasoned” as I have been called, you could/maybe in the right place. I am an older woman, in my 50’s and have been a social worker since I graduated college, which was in 1986. If you are looking for someone who has had some “life experiences, enjoys travelling, and has been an ex-pat in Europe, feel free to reach out.

I care about you in all your complexity, and I want this to be a consistent refuge for you—week after week… or whatever suits your needs.

Our work together will be surprising, challenging, sobering, and frustrating at times. It can be raw and emotional. But I’ll support you through all of it… and I’ll keep Kleenex at your side if you need it.

I enjoying playing and watching tennis. I have two incredible and amazing daughters, one that lives on the east coast and one that lives on the west coast. My favorite food of all time is Thai food, specifically tofu curry. One dream that I have is to visit Thailand and ride an elephant.
