I utilize evidenced-based therapies to treat adults 18 and older struggling with a wide variety of conditions, including: Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Phobias, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Issues, Obesity, Chronic Pain, and Co-Occurring Medical and Mental Health Conditions.
DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION
I provide thorough and comprehensive evaluations to identify diagnosis, assess level of functioning, and provide treatment recommendations based on the unique needs of each patient.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
I offer clinical supervision and training to students earning clinical hours toward their degrees and licenses. I served as the Training Director at a large health system and have experience creating training programs and implementing clinical supervision. I have a passion to help students become effective and ethical clinicians while integrating their personal and professional identities.
PUBLIC SPEAKING
I have a passion to educate the public and healthcare professionals about mental health topics. I have experience presenting in many different settings including hospitals, schools, and churches on a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to: Anxiety, Suicide, Primary Care Behavioral Health, Integrated Healthcare, Exposure Therapies, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, and other topics.
